CE certificates are sent via email to the email address you provided when you registered for the course you attended. If this is a course you've completed here through our online learning platform, the certificate will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address you use to login to this website. If you attended a course through an instructor of organization that utilized TCC as a co-sponsor of the continuing education accreditation, the CE certificate was emailed as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided the course host.

For courses hosted here on our online learning platform: You should receive an email with your PDF certificate to download within one hour of completing the course. For in-person courses hosted by TCC: You should receive an email with your PDF certificate for download within 5 business days of the conclusion of the course. The exception to this is our Annual Convention/Homecoming where CE certificates are issued in order of license renewal - starting with those that renew closest to the date of the conference and progressing in groups by renewal month. All CE certificates for our Annual Convention/Homecoming are typically issued within 14 business days of the conclusion of the event.

If you filled out the form above and have not received an email, please check the following prior to contacting our Postgraduate team: Did you input the email address you registered with? Did you check your spam/junk and promotions tab? Did you contact your course host/instructor (if not TCC) to confirm that the course roster has been sent to TCC? If you have completed all of these steps and still need assistance, please contact our team at [email protected].
